What Is Bailey Approved?
Ciao! I am Bailey! This is where you'll find the ingredients I personally source, cook with, and trust in my own kitchen. From Italy to the USA!
From traditionally made, region-specific Italian cheeses and pasta to ancient grains and carefully selected pantry staples, to tea leaves produced in Greece from centuries old genetic lines, everything here has been chosen based on how the farmers and producers make their food.
I care deeply about how food is grown, processed, and protected because I've lived the difference it makes. I have seen the power that food can have on the body. I have seen food take my life away and food give life back to my body all because of how it was produced and the country it was produced in.
If you've been curious about trying properly sourced ingredients for yourself, this is where you can start without guessing. I've taken all of the guessing out of the question for you because I only share ingredients I personally have tried and tested. We call these ingredients "Bailey Approved!"
Every product is personally tested multiple times. If I react to it, it never gets shared. If a producer changes their methods, the stamp gets removed.
