Testimonials

  • Bailey & Tiffany  - I’ve been trying to find the right words since leaving the retreat, and honestly, it's hard to put into words what this experience meant to me.

You know for over 20 years, I've dealt with stomach issues, pain after eating, bloating, and just feeling uncomfortable. At some point, I stopped expecting anything different because it had become my normal.

Then I came to your retreat.

For the first time in more than two decades, I was able to eat without pain. That may sound like a small thing to someone else, but for me, it was huge. It was emotional. It made me realize how much I've been living with and how much I had accepted as normal.

What you've done is give me something I haven't had in a very long time—hope.

You've completely changed the way I look at food, where it comes from, and how it affects our bodies. I left with so many ideas, questions, and a real desire to keep learning. I find myself looking at ingredients differently, thinking about sourcing, and asking what changes I can make at home to continue improving my health.

Now comes the hard part—taking everything I learned and putting it into practice. But for the first time, I'm excited about that challenge because I can actually see what's possible.

Thank you feels way too simple. How do you thank someone who helped you find answers when you've spent over 20 years searching for them?

I don't know if there are words big enough, but please know how grateful I am for you, your mom & dad, your knowledge, and the care you've put into helping so many people heal.

This retreat truly changed my life, and I will never forget it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  • The food, wine, farms and restaurants were spot on. We saw places that had meaning and that would not normally make the list of places to visit, if Bailey wouldn’t have put in the time and research. Villa was great. We would consider going on this trip again.

  • I loved it so much I’ve done it twice and would go again! It’s wonderful all the connections Bailey has made with farmers and suppliers of high quality food.
