- They partner with a bakery in Emilia-Romagna, Italy that freshly bakes focaccia bread made with 100% Italian grain. They flash freeze it and ship directly to the restaurant.
- They import full parmaggiano cheese wheels & freshly slice for dishes.
- They import full legs of Prosciutto di San Danielle, which is the highest quality and most expensive prosciutto in Italy.
- They also import cheeses as well as various other cured meats from small regional areas of Italy.
