The Mila UHT milk is by a gentle heat treatment longer lasting. It is sourced from about 2,100 South Tyrolean mountain farms, who average about 14 cows per barn. On 365 days a year they collect the milk, and very quickly bottle and/or process it. The cows are fed solely by controlled and GMO-free animal feed.
